Home Practice
Martial arts is an activity that rewards effort. The more a student puts into his or her training, the more he or she will get out of it.
We encourage our students to practice what they learn in class between lessons. Below you may download a pdf of suggested home practice routines that are divided by age and rank ability. These can be done as often as a student wishes. We recommend at least once per week for each sheet in a given category. More is better.
